Central America French Roast
Applying our french (darkest) roast to a combination of premium coffees from the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Guatemala produces a full and sweet body with a unique floral acidity and mild undertones. This is Brian's third personally-developed blend using the highest grade "Strictly Hard Bean" coffees from Honduras and Guatemala with the Dominican Bani which is highly sought as a base for blends.
This is Socially and Environmentally Responsible Coffee (SERCtm). Socially and Environmentally Responsible Coffee is a combination of being organically-grown, providing adequate shade and shelter to birds, and being purchased from the farming cooperatives at fair trade prices (25-45% above regular natural coffee prices).
